Though I’ve worked here at Glass Graphics for quite some time, I recently had the chance to act as a customer. You see, my 20th wedding anniversary was a couple weeks ago and I needed to do something special for my wife. The first thing I knew I had to do was to order flowers to be delivered to her office. As I was looking at different arrangements online I noticed that none of the flower vases were particularly unique or special. So the next thing I did was head to our Glass Graphics web site and search through the variety of crystal vases we offer. I finally decided on the Krystof Crystal KC59 Hourglass Vase. 
The next dilema was what to have engraved on the vase. The office staff here gave me some great suggestions and with my own ideas came up with a great design commemorating our 20th anniversary. Finally, a few days later the vase was ready and I was able to bring it to the local florist. The best part was the look on my wife’s face when she received this beautiful crystal flower vase filled with roses and lillies. Since she loves to cut flowers all summer long from her flower garden she’ll be able to use the vase for many years to come.
This all turned out to be a great experience for me to see what our customers go through and also to see the recipient’s joy in receiving such a beautiful crystal gift.
